Shanandiss Hampton
Founder and CEO
Shanandiss Hampton founded Nexodus Clean in Tulsa, Oklahoma in August 2018, starting in residential cleaning and building it into a national commercial facility services and janitorial management company. Today Nexodus serves clients in all 50 states, with self performing crews in 18 states and more than 7 billion square feet cleaned across commercial, multi unit residential, and federal facilities. Shanandiss built the company on the Five C Pillars: Confidence, Compliance, Collaborate, Consistency, and Catalytic. She leads its growth into federal work as a SAM.gov registered small business, and she shares that journey as a motivational speaker.
LaShay Solivera
Co-Owner & President
LaShay Solivera is Co-Owner of Nexodus Clean and President of the Nexodus Institute. She brings over a decade of corporate experience in multi unit property management, where she learned firsthand what property teams need from a facility services partner: reliable crews, clear communication, and consistent results. At Nexodus she guides the people side of the business, from recruiting to scheduling and "whole person" people development. LaShay earned her Bachelors of Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University and is also a corporate speaker.

Elijah Sandford
Provider Coordinator
Elijah Sandford is a Provider Coordinator at Nexodus Clean, keeping provider schedules, site assignments, and service details running smoothly so every location gets covered on time. He brings an engineer's eye for systems and problem solving to the role. Elijah holds an associate degree in engineering and is currently studying electrical engineering at Prairie View A&M University.
Krystal Prophet
Provider Coordinator
Krystal Prophet is a Provider Coordinator at Nexodus Clean and a primary point of contact on the company phone line, helping providers get onboarded, scheduled, and supported in the field. Krystal is a graduate of Texas Southern University, and her background in healthcare and laboratory sciences brings a strong focus on detail, protocol, and sanitation standards to her work.
Aniyah Solivera
Compliance Specialist
Aniyah Solivera is a Compliance Specialist at Nexodus Clean, reviewing completed services, photo documentation, and provider requirements so every site meets client and company standards before work is signed off. She is currently studying psychology at Prairie View A&M University.
